A day of breakfast, and crackers

So for some reason we had oatmeal for breakfast and I felt like making French toast for lunch, now I am sorely tempted to make some sort of traditional breakfast food for dinner just to round out the day!

Also tried these crackers, rather easy, but kinda bland but then it is a cracker, what else would it be? Well I actually thought I could make them with some seasoning in the dough, like Italian spices or cheese or something. Maybe next week I will try again with flavor.

    The very few times I have tried to make crackers, they were disappointing. We turned them into bird food. I think I need a pro to teach me exactly how much to handle the dough, how thick to roll it, how much to space them on the pan. I think that idea to cook them in the hot but switched-off oven might be helpful.

    I love breakfast for dinner...and lunch but not usually for breakfast. Go figure! lol

    I make some really easy but incredibly tasty cheese crackers. If you want the recipe, let me know.
