Mom bought the groceries, so that means we have extra money for next week.
And I am reminded of one of the most annoying things from my childhood. Mom doesn't like free eating of teenagers, like teens can't eat everyone out of house and home. Teens need the food! She used to keep me from food all the time. Drove me nuts! we would go out somewhere and have breakfast before we left (ok I would) then there would be no stops for food till dinner.
I hated that.
