Birthday shopping

This time for SIL, we know what we want to get her, but I would also like to make her something but she doesn't eat cake, or anything sweet, and we have no ingredients for ice cream, not to mention in this heat there is no way it would make it to her house Frown .

hopefully I will be inspired at some point today.
