So far in the month of March, according to, I have done alot of working out!

Week 3:
Total cardio minutes: 215
Total strength minutes: 40

Week 2:
Total cardio minutes: 150
Total strength minutes: 20

Week 1:
Total cardio minutes: 90
Total strength minutes: 25

And more important to me I lost 1.5 inches from my waistline!

Not My waistline (I am a girl) but more fun to look at for me!
