Yep you heard me, every last cent of that check will be spent. I don't even know how much it will be, but I assure you it will be spent.
On this baby The delivery of that is. No fancy crib, or toys, or clothes...We will be sending the entire check off to the midwife prolly right when it arrives.
So do you think I get bonus points for being a 'consumer' or doesn't it count since I am buying a service not products?
I for one will be spending my 'rebate' tax check...

Unfortunately, the Government wants "you/us" to spend the money to stimulate the economy.
I am assuming that paying a midwife doesn't constitute stimulating the economy.
BTW, I am not saying you shouldn't pay the midwife. It is your rebate check, you are free to do whatever you want with it.

Don't make this concept harder than what it is. It's really quite simple. The only wrong answer would be putting in under your mattress.
